Help with your account, drops and payouts, and how to reach us.
Message @trydetected on X. Tell us your username (never your password or recovery words) and what happened, with a screenshot if you can. We reply as soon as we can.
- You sign in with a username and a password; there’s no email or phone number on the account.
- A forgotten password can’t be reset, because without an email we can’t tell it’s you. You can make a new account.
- To change your password: You → Settings → Password.
- To delete your account: You → Delete account. Your scores and queued payouts go with it; tokens already sent stay in your wallet.
- A drop is ten pairs of pictures, six seconds each: pick the one made by AI. Seven of ten passes.
- Drops are open any time. You never see the same pair twice.
- Which side was AI in each round shows once the day’s set retires.

- Every AI you catch in a passing drop pays a few cents of a stock token to your wallet on Robinhood Chain. Stock tokens track a share price; they are not shares.
- Payouts usually arrive within minutes. Each one shows its status, and its transaction once sent, under Portfolio → All payouts.
- A payout can wait for the day’s budget, or be held for review when answers are very fast or an account shares a device, address or connection.
- Your wallet’s recovery words stay on your phone. Nobody from Detected will ever ask for them.
Detected isn’t available in the US or to US persons, in Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the UAE or sanctioned countries, because the stock tokens can’t be offered there. You must be 18 or older. See eligibility.
